Question about jailbreaking and SHSH blobs

i have quick question. know important have shsh blobs saved can downgrade firmware in event apple stops signing firmware current jailbreak. question is: suppose apple stops signing ios 5.1.1. still possible jailbreak idevice has not been upgraded (i.e. still has ios 5.1.1 no shsh blobs saved)?

if asking hashes required complete jailbreak of idevice on firmware ? no, jailbreak tool on computer internet access.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
