No Personal Hotspot option after installing TetherMe

hi all,

have installed tetherme 2.3-9 (from cydia, purchased-bigboss) on iphone4 jb 4.3.3 , personal hotspot option not appear, neither in settings, nor in general -> network. tried rebooting , home+power button method nothing, option not appear. tried "reset network setting" , nothing.

looked through internet , have found no information problem.

try me? there known solution that, preferably, not imply clean restore , re-jailbreaking?

in settings, go tetherme. turn on there. personal hotspot appear! voila!
