problem with apple tv2 and 3g usb dongle

on holiday @ mo , place staying in wanted able play tv shows , movies stored on mac book apple tv2 on tv in property .

thought simple <<< wrong !!

explain setup have .... macbook pro lion , appletv2 , zte mf 627 usb 3g dongle on 3 network , films on itunes , plex

going explain best can

have ethernet cable macbook aptv2

main problem have when 3g connexion running automatically cuts off wi fi , ethernet connexion

can watch itunes content after tethering mobile
create wireless network (this not ideal because 500 meg allowance on mobile)

long don't power down aptv2 can still watch itunes content not plex content , trouble here if want use usb modem while wife watching film automatically cuts off aptv2 grrrrrrr

bearing in mind networking knowledge not great , don't know if can me problem.

don't know if right in saying seem network provider doesn't want me share internet connexion me crazy have paid amount of download 3gig on pay go , want aptv2 see internet can play itunes content , plex content , surf web << asking here ??

love able speak tech support there no landline phone in property , makes worse freephone number using freephone numbers on mobile not free.

being "tech guy" of house, brother has requested upgrade 4,1 mac pro. has: 2 x 2.26 quad-core xenons 12 gb ram 3 x geforce gt 120 4 x 2 tb hdd's in software raid 10 80 gb ssd in 1 of optical bays boot disk. uses computer video editing, in final cut pro x, he'll dabble in adobe suite. said wants more speed , needs less storage; i.e., doesn't need main drive more 2 tb. budget not issue here, future-proofing is: don't want have upgrade long time. ram upgrade simple enough, right? head on owc , grab 24 or 32 gb of whatever goes 4,1 generation mac pro. video cards know next nothing about. don't quite understand why he's got 3 of them for; monitor 30 in. cinema display. should upgrade video card(s)? maybe raedon 5770 or 5870? feel video editing isn't gpu-intensive, if is, please tell me so. now, fun part storage. figure best solution 4 new ssd's replace 12 tb ones, , stick ssds in raid 0. question is: n...
