Price Advice Can Apple Store Credit be transferred?

here's situation:
have sizable apple store credit after returning ipad 2.
apple store issued store credit because did not have receipt.
sell store credit, little less face value.

note: have not scratched pin number off back.

here questions:
1. can else spend store credit (after buy me)?
2. if sell store credit stranger, there way safely this? don't want ripped off , want buyer feel comfortable too.
3. can store credit verified without scratching off pin on back?

how meeting buyer @ apple store , have employee there verify amount on card in front of buyer?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
