i go biking 3-4 times week long distances , i've been looking armband or mount fit either iphone 4 or ipod touch 2g.
keep iphone in small pouch under seat can track rides using cyclemeter. (love app)
prefer armband ipod touch if happen it, wouldn't mind. use have 1 running, sweat got ipod , ruined it. prefer prevent sweat getting ipod touch or iphone.
suggestions? i'd prefer answers people personal experience product instead of google searches, have done already.

hear on wanting armband. cycle myself on weekends armband still have mess around lot of buttons. started using this wireless remote . plug receiver dock in bottom of device , put wherever (backpack, etc.). use leash/landyard + remote during ride. clip remote onto right handlebar.
use next > buttons. makes difference when don't have suffer through drowsy, low tempo song on ride. remote rain-resistant well.
