iPad 3: New WiFi or used 4G?

i'm thinking of going ipad 2 ipad 3. thinking of getting new 16gb wifi version (since reall don't need 3g/4g), found seller on craigslist has 16gb at&t 4g $450 cash (with box , case). seems deal, concerns it's used? thoughts? thanks!
 

i err on side of caution prefer buy new. since said don't need 4g think answered own question , i'd go new wifi model. although 4g model have higher resale value.

if interested in craigslist ipad, i'd seller give serial number , call apple. should tell if there repair history , what's left on warranty.

if still has several months of warranty it's call either way because covered apple if ipad needs repair. if seller refuses fork on serial number should tell deal. ;)

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
