A question about 128-bit disk image encryption


hi everyone. first post here.
bitter first post actually. bag stolen yesterday. ipad2 , external usb drive casualty.
anyway, had personal folders on disk (hfs formatted). encrypted disk utility in aes128 bit more 10 digits in numbers. down today until read post in forum: (and let me join forum)

people here suggested it's impossible crack 128 bit aes encryption. lot of time passed since thread active. ideas? think information safe, wherever are...

even if weren't impossible brute force wouldn't matter - nobody cares personal files.
