iPhone 3GS Unlock & JB- is it possible?

hi,

have been using iphone 3gs 3 years, sucessfully jailbreaking upto 4.2.1.

after trying app's, , seeing many ios 5 only, decided move 5.1.1.

however, things went wrong, , have ended 4.3.5 (baseband 05.16.02-6.4_m3s2). impossible update 5.1.1 (itunes errors 3164, 1600 etc) , worst of cannot activate on 4.3.5 (i do not have at&t simcard required).

have given on 5.1.1, , happy , working again!

have tried restore, , can 4.3.5 onto it, cannot activate (due simcard) , down grading gives me errors (1600, 3164 etc). have modified host files, , used tiny umbrella. still no luck.

please me out! finding simcard not option
 

you have upgraded ipad baseband using newest version of redsn0w, downgrade baseband 5.13.xx unlock

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
