Apple ID disabled due to CC fraud and Apple won't help

my credit card company called me couple of days ago confirm bunch of charges on itunes did not do. canceled card , mailing me new one. change apple id password , entered different credit card number. iphone won't update apps, says apple id disabled. followed steps on site no avail. call apple service , tell me it's going cost me $30 fix because phone not in warranty!

it's not fault apple servers accepting stolen credit cards. read time in news apple having issues security on itunes store. had no other fraud charges accept itunes. tried explaining customer service , want money me.

i had exact same thing. go apple website, click on support , on itunes. go bottom left column of next page , click on contact support. click on itunes support via express lane. on next page click, itunes , itunes store. new menu appear, click account management. continue button appear, click , account security on next page. fill out little form appears , next page give option use email, chat or other feature. used live chat (only available hours) , asked rep enable account.
