has run out of data, hit pop purchase block of data, , still had plan "renew" @ 30 day expiration of previous data block despite plenty of time , data left on new block (and new block supposedly resetting "renewal" date)?
happened me, customer service joke. keep repeating random babbling words me. after 2 levels of reps saying "well made feature change , that's why charged again" , "maybe processed payment incorrectly" got supervisor says must have added data wrong , issue courtesy refund of $50.
uhh... on prepaid ipad plan how add wrong? run out , says i've run out , asks if want buy more or wait out month.
i think in order "add on more", had change plan 1 more data. can't buy more data month. if tried buy same plan had, may have in fact done wrong.
