Undeletable File Aliases

recently purchased killing floor steam. in past, had pirated game (shame on me) see if worth buying. once deleted, purchased , downloaded steam version. killing floor splash image appears, , application crashed. restarted computer several times, same result. searched "killing floor" see if there remnants of deleted game. there tons of files. there's no file icon, nor file location file. attached screenshot. there way delete these?

in finder, click view > show path bar see location of file click on. should able select files , drag them trash. if doesn't work, may find useful ideas here:

you can't empty trash or move file trash
