claim able build apps , tweaks , encourage hackers want it. in kickstarter project reached on 2 million dollars on first 24 hours.
i've heard people complain weak specifications ("my phone stronger!"), isn't necessary ("pair dual shock 3 smartphone , you've got same thing") , forth. part console being open tinkering right out of box. no major restrictions , low price. could pretty interesting... think?

i think it's interesting concept wonder if gain traction beyond geeks tinker.
wording on kickstarter page feels forced/disingenuous in parts bit of turn off me. phones , tablets getting hot new games. really? games free... @ least try. minecraft on it... maybe.
might sound obvious think biggest hurdle quality of games. think lots of games free pass shortcomings when on phone or tablet if have console-based people expect experience comparable sony, ms or nintendo.
didn't see mention of cloud gaming , feel oversight upstart console won't out 18-24 months. of course cloud gaming adds layer of complexity unless partner onlive.
