MacBook Pro hard drive erasing and reformatting question

when took mbp apple store, ran diagnostics , then, based on issue described, suggested reformatting hard drive. when took laptop apple store, used third-party, non-apple software called "deploy studio runtime" appeared use script , computationally intensive program reset hard drive.

laptop developed new issues, , wound taking mbp apple store location , used built in diskutility software , ethernet operating system "re-image" hard drive. though appeared fix problem of laptop automatically rebooting, after week, laptop begun automatically shutting down, , not rebooting. further, laptop fails turn on, , have try numerous times start mbp.
