How can you get a program to load earlier on bootup?

i'm running mac os x lion 10.7.4 on late 2011 mbp. use logitech mouse it, , rely on logitech control center software configure mouse speed/acceleration (i don't mac os x acceleration, guess i'm used windows).

problem every time boot , log in, mouse pointer extremely slow minute, because takes minute before mac os x loads logitech control center. there way mac os x load earlier?
 

have contacted logitech find out if have solution?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?
