Universal movie not showing up in iCloud

sorry if posted in wrong forum, thought might best spot question.

purchased blu-ray digital copy of "forgetting sarah marshall (unrated)". entered in digital copy in itunes fine , movie downloaded. when go apple tv , check "purchased" tab not show other digital copies have.

thought universal movies available in cloud. emailed apple support , reason gave me not being available in cloud due fact not available purchase in (which confuses me, because see in there) ideas? universal movies available? help!
 

do have computer itunes installed? if so, check see if movie available download. if not, suspect problem on apple's end. if so, might want reboot atv.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?
