how to sync skydrive to apps?

i have 25gb skydrive , want use notetaking/pdf viewing apps. far goodreader , notability , remarks. there way make apps sync skydrive? also, want record lectures using apps notability , remarks(dont know if possible), there way can directly upload ipad cloud services google drive allow me listen without downloading file? also, might stupid question can buy apps using computer , download ipad later? once buy app, how many times can download , how many devices?
 

if app doesn't support cloud service can't upload automatically, may try export or open in , see if skydrive appears in list.

unlimited time, unlimited idevices own or 5 computers.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?
