respring in Cydia hanging

i tried update , app last night through cydia , afternoon added app "swipeselection" , both times appreared install, , received prompt respring , when did hung on respring, after 30 min did hard power off (not sure called, hold home key , power key @ same time). able phone working not app installed, ideas.

jailbroke using absetine.
 

go manage packages in cydia? there? if so, uninstall, , re-install cydia. if it's not, try install/respring again.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?
